Exchanges, interactions and synergies on the American and Asian costas of the Pacific Ocean in a long-term perspective
Vol. 20 No. 63 (2024)

This brief dossier focuses on the exchanges, interactions and synergies that have developed over the last five centuries between the American and Asian coasts of the Pacific Ocean from a long-term perspective. The aim is to reflect on the close links and strong ties that have been established between America and other continents over such a colossal mass of water from the 16th century to the present day, with the help of the methods and techniques of two disciplines that establish a fruitful dialogue, namely History and Ethnology. In addition, this current edition of our journal includes two articles on a free topic and two reviews.
